The last date of receipt of application is Audust 25, 2011 and Submission of missing documents is September 15, 2011.

hey friends mein bi apply kar raha ho is time entry test mein shifa ke......tm log bato any one of u that k shifa test kesa ata hai mushkil hai ya easy..........kesi tyari karni hogi

it depends.. with passage of time more and more people are applying to shifa. Test wasnt very tough long ago. But now people are saying that it getting tougher.
