Default Shifa College entry test format and subject contents for the entrance test

There are 180 MCQs, 50 each in biology , chemistry and physics, and 15 each in English and Mathematics.
But now they added some "General Section" too in the test which got topics like current affairs, iqbaliat etc. It has been said that general section got the 24% of then entry test and is compulsory.
  • Select one out of four possible options with every question.
  • Each correct answer get you +1 score, each wrong answer -0.25 and each un-answered question a 0 score.
Note
  1. The topics of the science subjects for entry test are drawn from the syllabus prescribed for the intermediate classes.

Default tell me more about entry test

can any body tel me that frm where we hv to prepare the mathematics Qs..

bcoz we hvnt study math in fsc-pre med. and also tell that what type of these questions they will be either we have to solve them or they will be multiple choice qs.

dude i did Fsc pre-medical too. For mathematics i think you better look SAT 1 which has both mathematics and english. But i dont think the mathematics question will be very tough one in shifa's test.
and there will be multiple choice mcqs.. you have to choose the correct answer.

If there are total 180 mcqs. than max marks would be 180. coz each correct answer get you +1 score.

I asked a first year guy from shifa who scored 72% last year and he said he didnt read Fsc books. He read his A-levels books and SAT II. He said most of the questions were from SAT II.
