Default University College of Medicine & Dentistry Lahore
University College of Medicine & Dentistry Lahore is affiliated with university of lahore. Its one of the private medical colleges in punjab, recognized by PMDC and allowed to admit 100 MBBS students per year.

Is this university illegal? As it is not affiliated with UHS so there was a public announcement on UHS website that this university is illegal...
Does this means that its risky to take admission in this university? please help me...

Is this university illegal? As it is not affiliated with UHS so there was a public announcement on the UHS website that this university is illegal...Does this means that its risky to take admission in this university?...It is recognized by PMDC but declared illegal bu UHS...Please tell me what really matters :S

I dont know what is wrong with UHS, University College of Medicine and Dentistry is recognized by PMDC. You can check it on PMDC
But i heard they are having a case in court, and what that case is all about, I am not sure.
Mahrukh, did you get letter of admission in any other private medical college too?

Default is University College of Medicine and Dentistry illegal?
I check PMDC website and UNiversity College of Medicine and Dentistry is recognized by the PMDC, If it is recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council than whats the problem? Whats wrong with UHS ?

yeah i got admission letter from this uni but now i am really confused whether i should go for it or no?

If is recognized by PMDC and you dont have any other option, its better to get admission in university college of medicine.
