If someone want to join Army Medical College, they should better apply Army Selection centre in there area. This is for those who wants to join Pakistan Army as a doctor in future.

NUST Cadets is basically those people who appear in the NUST medical entrance test exam and got selected. NUST Cadets study in Army Medical College as Nustain and they have to "Pay" for there studies. They have you to pay the tuition fee.

and Paying Cadets are those whose "parents" are in Pakistan Army. They have to pay there tuition fee as well.

Medical Cadets are those who are got selected after appearing in Army Medical College Entry test and than went through ISSB and Medical Test. They dont pay there tuition fee and army actually pay them. After five year completion of there studies they have to join Pak Army as a Captain.

But if you are talking about the studies.. There is no difference. NUST Cadets, Paying Cadets and Medical Cadets all study together.
