AMC MBBS and BDS Admissions 2011

Are you appearing in NUST Entry Test this year?? Some people got admission in amc as a nustain cadets and than sometime they get a chance to become medical cadets.

yup i applied but why this year they did soo by not giving chance to girls to go for amc directly???

long ago, there were reserved seats for female students in government medical colleges. There were more seats for male. The reason was females usually dont practice medicine after doing there mbbs.
But things are changed now. There are no specific seats for male and females.
May be people at Army medical college have changed there policy too.

i got the form to apply as a paying cadet, and the last page said that we have to sign a bond that after completing MBBS we'll have to undergo training at PMA and serve for 3 years as commissioned officer...is this necessary to sign this bond and do NUST cadets also have to serve as commissioned officers for 3 years?

Hamza I think preliminary medical test is for those who want to join army as a cadet and wants to go to pma kakul. Thats nothing to do with admission in army medical college.
Better go to army selection center near by you and you will get the whole info.
