Respected Sir,
With due respect it is stated that during my father’s posting in Embassy of Pakistan Tripoli Libya 2005 to 2008 I passed FSC Examination from Pakistan Community School/ College Tripoli Libya and got admission in faculty of Medical Sciences Al-Fateh University Tripoli in 2006, which is affiliated with World Health Organization (WHO). Since that I continued my study in said university successfully and promoted in 5th years/ Final year. The University has issued me university student card for 5th years (copy of educational record and university cards are enclosed). As you are fully well aware that political position of Libya has become most dangerous due to internal affairs University has been closed for time being. Most of the foreign students have left the Tripoli. I have waited carefully up to the last moment, but the political situation is still unrest and it was impossible for me to continue to stay for study in Tripoli. At the last moment I left the Tripoli on 27-3-2011 with the help of Embassy of Pakistan Tripoli, UNO and Embassy of Pakistan Tunisia and reached Islamabad on 3-4-2011. Copies of available documents are enclosed as evidence regarding my admission/ studies in 5th year /final year of Faculty of Medical Sciences (MD) in Al-Fateh University, Libya. The Embassy of Pakistan Tripoli Libya has also certified my study level in Libya (copy of their letter No W-6(1)/2011 dated 20-03-2011 is enclosed).
2. I also appeared in National Examination Board examination of Pakistan Medical and Dental Council examination held on 12-06-2011 and successfully qualified the said examination of PMDC (copy of their letter No 4653 dated 6th july2011 enclosed). PMDC has clearly declared that I am eligible for admission in 3rd year in any recognized Public/Private sector medical college in Pakistan. I have approached different public sector medical colleges in Punjab but I have been discouraged and did not entertained for admission.
3. Now the jeo political position of Libya is absolutely dangerous and there is no chance of restoration of peace harmony and stability in near future. The most of foreign students in Libya were not secured and their re-entries in Libya is impossible. If I could not continue study, my previous 4 years study and future can be destroyed.
4. In the views above stated position, I am anxious of my future it is humbly requested to kindly help me for admission in your institute. My case for admission may kindly be considered on humanitarian ground in the name of ALMIGHTY ALLAH so that I can complete my remaining year of study and house job in Pakistan. Because my father has been transferred Islamabad headquarter and he is a low paid government servant (copy of his pay slip is enclosed). He is not in a position to afford my educational expenditure of private medical colleges.
With regards.
Yours Obediently
(Muhammad Tayyab Iqbal)
