"Repid interpretation of ekg" by Dale dublin
That book is really useful for understanding ecg in an easy way.

khushbakht is it should be specific to 4th year?? or it can be any book.

Pocket Essentials of Clinical Medicine ( kumar & clark )
i preferred that book over oxford because this got so many useful diagrams and tables.
As a fourth year medical student i found this helpful during my clinical rotations.
