no sorry its not acquired hyperlipidemia.
basically xanthomas are most commonly seen in familial dyslipidemias. just check out family history you will know. and do fasting lipid profile. take blood pressure. do an ECG. DO PATIENTS FASTING GLUCOSE and also do carotid dopler ultrasound. to know the amount of obstruction bec of atherosclerosis. |
