hello ali,
You asked which subject i start first. It depends, most of the people from agha khan they appear in step 1 exam when they are in 4th year of mbbs. Step 1 consist of basic subjects.
But some people what they do is, as they studied clinical subject like medicine, peads, gyne etc in there final year , they apply for Step 2 first and than Step 1.
So its upto you

It depends on you, but i would rather say better start with easy subjects first and do tougher subjects later on. But thats upto you.
Kaplan videos are also available in market. They are good too.
