It would be rather difficult to cover all the aspects. But I would like to add important questions for exams and viva point of view.
These General pathology topics are from medium Robbins Pathology book.

Chapter 1. Cell injury, Cell Death, and Adaptations
  1. Name and define different cellular adaptatons to stress with examples (i.e Hypertrophy, hyperplasia, Atrophy and Metaplasia)
  2. What are the types of atrophy? Enumerate its causes with examples.
  3. Differences b/w Necrosis and Apoptosis ( Table 1-1)
  4. Name Intercellular changes in Reversible cell injury ( cellular swelling and Fatty change)
  5. Different morphological patterns of tissue necrosis and there examples ( coagulative, Caseous necrosis etc)
  6. Mechanism of Ischemic-Reperfusion injury
  7. Mechanism of CCl4 induce hepatic cell injury
  8. Define apoptosis and its different pathways, mechanism of intrinsic and extrinsic pathways
  9. anti-apoptotic molecules ( Bcl-2, Bcl-xL)
  10. Pathological calcification types causes
  11. Differentiate b/w reversible and irreversible cell injury on basis of histological features
Chapter 2. Acute and Chronic Inflammation
  1. Define Inflamation and its types
  2. Co-relate varous signs and symptoms to underlying cellular and vascular changes of inflammaton and the outcomes of acute inflammation
  3. Discuss & illustrate with diagram the mechanism responsible for increased vascular permeablity in inflammation
  4. Differences between Transudate and exudate
  5. Discuss the role of chemical mediators in producing the effects of inflammation.
  6. identify and describe the morphological patterns of acute inflammation on microscopy.
  7. v.v imp... Morphological patterns of acute inflammations ( serous inflammation, Fibrinous, Suppurative- abscess, ulcer)
  8. Compement system ( Figure 2-18)
  9. Chronic Inflammation definition and various chronic inflammatory conditions from clinical presentations.
  10. Morphology of granulomatous inflammation under microscope.
Chapter 3. Tissue Repair. Regeneration, Healing and Fibrosis
  1. Define Repair
  2. Mechanism of Scar formation
  3. Angiogenesis
  4. Describe and identify the different types of wound healing and complications ( healing by first intention and healing by 2nd intention)
  5. Keloid
Chapter 4. Hemodynamic Disorders, Thrombosis and Shock
  1. Edema, its types and causes.
  2. hemostais ( primary and secondary hemostasis)
  3. Figure 4-7
  4. Virchow's triad in thrombosis
  5. Types of thrombosis and there morphology ( artial, venous etc)
  6. Different forms of embolus and their origin
  7. v.imp.. Define Shock and its varous types
  8. Endotoxic shock
Chapter 5. Diseases of the immune system
  1. Type 1 hypersesitivity reaction with example
  2. Type 2 hypersesitivity reaction with example
  3. Type 3 hypersesitivity reaction with example
