It mentions: “IF you are a first-time user of ECFMG On-line Services, click here to establish an account”
Step4:
Answer the questions about your biodata. When u completed the form, they will send you an ECFMG number after a couple of days which u should tattoo it anywhere u want.
Step5:
When u got the number, again go to ecfmg website.
Again enter IWA and enter the number which has been allocated for you by them. This time you have to fill not only your biodata online but also your clinical rotations etc.
Step6:
After u complete it u need to send in ur form 186,344,345,187 with a copy of ur medical diploma and a passport size pic(other than the one u need for 186)to ecfmg in one envelope....i repeat in ONE envelope...not seperate from 186....i repeat this is for ppl who graduated not medical students..
Step7:
Wait for 6 weeks, your application will be processed and they will send a confirmation email to u.
